| are provided for better stability. |
| METERING VALVE: |
| For Accurate flow control precision machined needle type valves are |
| ACCURACY: |
| Standard Accuracy of 1.5 to 1% at full Scale. Better accuracy on specific |
| requirement. |
| FITTINGS: |
| Top / Bottom or Rear as per requirement in S.S. screwed, Nozzle, with Suitable "0" |
| Rings to avoid leakage. |
| CALIBRATION: |
| Carried out at works individualy using air and water at standard condition. Reliable |
| impirical conversion, are used to calibrate for other fluids. |
| INSTALLATION: |
| Rotameter are ideal for direct Panel mounting because of their neat modular |
| apperance, online is also possible. |

| Glass Tube Rotameter are Precision flow measuring instruments designed on |
| the "Variable Area" Rotameter basis using "TAPERED" Tubes. These instruments |
| Instruments are suitable for service with all available fluid including Acids, Alkalies |
| Corrossive gas and organic Solvents for Temperature upto 150°C with suitable |
| selection of material. |

| BY PASS ROTAMETER |
| By pass type rotameter are used for linear measurement of fluid flow in |
| conjunction with orifice plates. This is an in expensive method of measuring |
| large flows beyond 20M³ / HR and Line Size 2" and above. Model Rotameter |
| is used to measure flow regardless of main line pipe size. The unit consists of a |
| complete assembly that is to be inserted in the main line and rotameter with |
| calibrated orifice plate which can be assembled to your by pass system. |
